Gérard Crelier, PhD (CEO, Co-founder) Gérard Crelier received an MSc and PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from ETH Zurich in 1991 and 1996, respectively. After having worked at the Brain Imaging Centre of McGill University in Montreal, Canada from 1996-1998 he returned to Zurich as MR physicist at the Department of Neuroradiology, University Hospital Zurich. In 2001 he joined the imaging processing company Bitplane Ltd as head of development to finally become a member of the founding team of GyroTools in 2003. At GyroTools Gérard oversees the software development activities.
Roger Luechinger, PhD (Co-founder) With a Masters degree in physics from ETH Zurich in 1997, Roger started investigating safety aspects of pacemakers and implants in the MR environment. In 2002 he obtained his PhD degree from ETH and since then has been actively supporting and coordinating MR research by various research groups from a wide range of disciplines such as Cardiology, Neurology, Angiology, Psychology, Economic research, Material sciences and others. At GyroTools Roger holds responsibility for clinical science support and the course activities.
