| New Features |
| New main menu bar |
The main menu bar has been completely revised and streamlined for more clarity and ease of use. It gives now unambiguous access to the 3 main application pages as well as to a set of tool buttons.

|
| Linear phase correction reworked |
Accesible from a new tab entitled "Velocity Field Corrections" on the lower right window on the Contours page, the new interface for linear phase correction (compensation of Eddy currents induced phase offsets) allows to define a mask on a reference phase of the dataset.
This mask should be adjusted so as to keep only static tissue and exclude all regions with noise only or with moving tissue. A bilinear phase offset will be fitted by a Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm to the phase of the remaining image voxels. Mask and offset are calculated for each slice separately. The offset can be previewed in the Phase Corretion dialog and is substracted in each heartphase uppon activation of the correction. The correction can easily be enabled and disabled using the checkbox in the "Velocity Field Corrections" tab.

|
| Multiple cardiac cycle option |
A new option on the time-bar on the 3D page allows to define the number of repetitive cycles through the dataset while calculating particles pathlines. Given that the dataset covers the complete heartcycle, this option allows to calculate particles traces over multiple heartbeats. Applications include cardiac chamber filling studies and visualization of slow flow as encountered eg. in veins and CSF.

|
| Individual pathline colors |
| It is now possible to assign an idividual color to pathlines emanating from a particular contour (instead of the default velocity-encoding coloring). The option is available on the contour component parameter tab.
|
|
|
| Arrow heads in 3D scene viewer |
In the general options accessible from the main tool bar, arrow heads display in the 3D scene viewer can be enabled. Arrow heads display can significantly slow down the animation speed of the scene viewer.

|
| New licensing dialog |
The license dialog was redesigned. The dialog now can generate license request mails and can store license keys directly into the Window registry (Administrator priviledges required).

| Comments |
Before installing a new version, remember to uninstall any previous GTFlow version: (Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> GTFlow ->Uninstall) |
| When upgrading from versions 1.2.x and earlier, a new license is requested for GTFlow 1.3.2. |
| Any feedback regarding installation, usage, and features of GTFlow are always highly appreciated. |
